PHASE IV: Feedback & Evaluation

Every week or two we’ll compile activity reports of showings, web traffic, and broker and buyer feedback. We guarantee to review them with you as frequently as you prefer, but no less than a minimum of once weekly. Though rare, some listings can take a couple months to sell and in this time frame the market can shift. We’ll continuously monitor market trends and the activity of comparable listings to ensure that your home remains competitively placed in the market—we will provide you access to the Agentfolio collaboration tool giving you the ability to actively participate and view the status of comparable listings. If needed we’ll revisit and adjust pricing and marketing strategy as is appropriate.
