When your home is ready to launch the first thing we’ll do is enter it into our website and proprietary listing system (the KWLS) for immediate syndication and exposure to 300+ online media and advertising outlets with local, national, and international audiences. This will get us thousands of views and promote your listing to the entire Real Estate Board of New York brokerage community, inviting over 200 firms and 10,000 brokers to participate in the sale of your home.  It will also promote your listing throughout the Keller Williams network of 80,000 brokers worldwide, with particular focus on key markets tying back to New York.  Your apartment will be handed over to an email marketing team that will promote the listing by email to our broad database of brokers & customers.  It will also be promoted on high-traffic social media platforms.

With enough promotion we’ll hold a general broker open house preview to the general brokerage community. We’ll also schedule and advertise the initial public open house during this.  Both of us will personally contact buyers and customers who have expressed prior interest in this type of home and neighborhood from our websites, and calls to notify them of the open house.  We’ll also promote your home via direct mail including letters and postcards to the building and broader target market in the neighborhood, major area corporations, as well as to our network of national companies that assist in corporate relocations.
